Our 135,000-square-foot fabrication facility in Georgetown, Kentucky serves as UPI's primary manufacturing hub. Situated on 11 acres, the facility was purpose-built to support large-scale industrial and modular construction projects across the United States. Designed around efficiency and repeatability, the Kentucky shop combines advanced fabrication technology with skilled craftsmen to produce complex piping systems, structural assemblies, and fully modular skids in a controlled environment before they arrive on site.

UPI's 55,000-square-foot Fenton facility was acquired to support the growing demands of mission-critical construction markets including hyperscale data centers, battery manufacturing, and advanced industrial facilities. The facility provides dedicated space for modular assembly, equipment staging, testing, and storage, helping reduce field installation time while improving quality and schedule certainty.

The 35,000-square-foot Allen Park facility supports both Universal Piping Industries and Universal Fire Protection, providing fabrication, warehousing, inventory management, and operational support for projects throughout the region. Its proximity to Detroit's industrial manufacturing base allows crews to mobilize quickly while maintaining access to the tools, materials, and equipment needed to support active projects.
